At Fyre & Ember, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, our return and refund policy is a bit different from traditional retail.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Returns & Refund Requests
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item by contacting us here.
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

incorrect sizing

change of mind

ordering the wrong item
We strongly recommend reviewing all product details and carefully checking sizing guides before placing your order, as each piece is created specifically for you.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

damaged or defective items

orders lost in transit (case-by-case review)
All refund requests are reviewed individually.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because all items are made to order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible here.
Non-Returnable Items
All products are custom-made to order and are therefore non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
