Shipping Policy

At Fyre & Ember, each piece is made to order—created specifically for you after your purchase. Because of this, our timeline includes both production time and shipping time.

Order Processing + Production

All items are printed and fulfilled by our trusted production partners.

Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order ships.

During high-demand periods (product drops, holidays, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after your order has been produced and dispatched.

United States

  • Standard (Flat Rate): 3–4 business days

  • Express: 1–3 business days

 

Canada

  • Standard (Flat Rate): 5–20 business days

  • Standard DDP: 3–5 business days (up to 12 business days for Atlantic regions)

  • Express: 1–3 business days

 

Europe

  • Standard (Flat Rate): 5–20 business days

  • Standard DDP (UK only): 3–7 business days

  • Express: 1–3 business days

 

Shipping speeds are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow a short time for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label is created.

Split Shipments

Some items may ship separately depending on product type or fulfillment location. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at our Contact page. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Fyre & Ember is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Delays in Transit

Once your order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. While we’ll always support you where we can, Fyre & Ember is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • weather conditions

  • holidays

  • customs processing

  • carrier disruptions

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please:

  • check around your delivery location

  • check with neighbors or your building

  • contact the shipping carrier directly

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery here.

 

Include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item

We will review and work toward a replacement or resolution.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated (such as DDP shipping options where applicable).

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all items are made to order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun.
